australia 2014 ~

good day mate'! haha if youve followed me on my recent acc (ig) yould know that ive been to melbourne & sydney australia from 15th-22nd nov. and im here to share my aussie experience with ya'll (:

day 1
it was goddamn hilarious bc my mom remembered the info wrongly. we were supposed to check-in luggages 2h before the flight which is aprox 6pm. yet she assumed that we're taking the 6pm flight. (meaning that by right the flight was 8pm)
and we had an extra of 2h to hang around the terminal.

and off to dockland, melbourne we go(:

oh and i bought the coca cola lip smacker series from the in-sky shopping [qantas airlines] for A$20 teehee

day 2
since its a night flight of 8h on the plane, we reached there in the morning. basically the entire day was just a brief window tour around melbourne. we went to a lot places( i only took a few pictures that are pretty) so, here they are

st. patrick's cathedral

shrine of remembrance

and after that we went to queen victoria market.
*insert image*
i got amysims (sim card) for 1GB of internet & 2 thick coats bc
the weather there should be pretty warm as its spring on-going summer thus we did not bring any thick clothing and i was only wearing spaghetti crop top & sweatpants while the temp. was like 13℃.
we soon check-in to our hotel @ docklands melbourne

the evening fell quickly and we went to have dinner at a vietnamese bbq restaurant
coincidentally its michael's (cousin-in-law) birthday so steven (tourguide) bought a bottle of shiraz wine for our table as a gift for him. so we all have a share yayz

ft. kangaroo meat

day 3
we gotta wake up damn early to avoid the heavy morning traffic towards phillip island
first stop, we went to churchill island heritage farm for brunchhh

fish&chips

we then took a tour around the farmm

sheep shearing

horsey horsey

we headed to pannys chocolate factory after that. i actually expected to look like charlie and the chocolate factory and im kinda disappointed. but they gave out free chocolate so im cool.

kind of own made bc i get to design the chocolate's shape but meyh, i suck at it and this came out AHAHA

after the chocolaty feast, to the koala conservation centre we go
there're not a lot of koalas there so, meyh.

the way they sleep is damn cute i swear

koala's live a good life *wink*

thats a lil kangaroo actually. i have no idea why its there as well

we went to a maze 'n things after viewing the koalas and kangaroos

i didnt really took any pictures there but basically, that is just a really cool place.
before heading to the maze [its really a mother f*cking maze with high walls] we would enter some sort of trick eye effect kinda room.
its like the trick eye museum but smaller.
for all i can recall, theres the anti-gravity room, mirror wall maze, and a station was like you had to stand on a platform and the round background walls spin. (if youve been to hhn4, its like one of the haunted clown house station, where it deliberately makes you dizzy)
anddd, we reached the maze without knowing. my family went together and i took that solo.
guess what?
i was the first one to reach the exit hehe. cheers to me.
continuing the trippy journey, i was dared to do a hang n drop.
what is it? a death trap, i called it.
we wore a special kinda suit and were directed around a 20 feet platform.
we're suppose to sit on the edge, then get a firm grip of the metal bar around eye level, get off that "seat" and drop. 20 F*CKING FEET HIGH.
yes, and i did it. twice bc after that winson (a tourmate?) asked me not to be a pussy and i did it again. it wasnt as scary as the first time tho.

after those experiences, we went to have dinner at the penguin parade centreee

our lovely lobster dinner

the scenery there is BEAUTIFUL

soon the night fell, and its time for the little penguins to return home
and i got 2 shots of them, theyre so tiny pweeny
